Find the mystery country
Globle is a daily geography puzzle from Trainwreck Labs. Enter a country name to make your first guess. Wrong guesses remain on the globe, coloured by their proximity to the answer. Keep narrowing the search until you find the mystery country; the aim is to use as few guesses as you can.
You can rotate the globe to inspect your guesses and zoom in around a promising region. There is no six-turn Wordle-style cutoff: a country you do not recognise is a chance to explore the map.
Hotter means closer, but distance is measured at the border
A hotter shade means a nearer guess. Read the colours comparatively: use a warmer result to focus your next guess on that part of the world. If two neighbouring guesses are both warm, examine the countries around them before jumping to another continent. Colour alone does not tell you a compass direction.
The distance is between the nearest land borders along the Earth’s surface, rather than between capitals or country centres. A large country can therefore be close at one edge even if its capital is far away. Overseas territories do not extend the distance calculation; a neutral territory appearing on the map is not another proximity clue.
If the palette is hard to distinguish, turn on Colour Blind mode in the game’s settings. The official FAQ explains its high-contrast option and the geographical rules.
Today’s Globle answer and the next reset
The daily mystery changes at midnight in your local time zone, according to the official FAQ. We do not publish the answer. Your daily result belongs in the game, where you can finish the search without seeing a spoiler here.
Comparing answers with a friend? First check that neither of you is in Practice mode or on a different local date. If the daily still differs, the developer recommends refreshing to load the latest game code.
Globle unlimited: use official Practice for another round
If you searched for Globle unlimited because today’s country is already solved, start with Globle’s own Practice mode. It is separate from the dated daily puzzle and lets you keep working on your country knowledge.
The Practice screen identifies the mode and offers a Reveal answer control. Keep that separate from your daily result when comparing with friends. Sites using the name “Globle Unlimited” may be independently operated; the official Practice link above stays on the original game’s domain.
Two more official directions: Capitals and Leagues
Globle’s home page also links to Globle: Capitals for capital-city guessing and Globle: Leagues for playing against friends. These are related games linked by the original, rather than names for its daily country puzzle.
Games like Globle, with a different map question
Travle asks you to connect two countries through their neighbours. Worldle begins with a country outline. Tradle uses export data, and TimeGuessr places historical photos in space and time. For another daily deduction game away from the map, try Semantle or Dordle.
