Damaged hdmi port

Is that this fixable? My older brother hasn't been in a position to play in a couple of months. So I made a decision I'll take the Xbox aside and have a look. The pins on the motherboard look okay to me. Additionally the led and energy botton haven't been working, and the controller gained't flip it on. I do know the facility provide isn't defective as a result of the fan powers on however it shuts off after two minutes of being on. I'm pondering the button and led aren't working due to a damaged or free ribbin cable.

Any assist could be appreciated, but when eorst involves worst, I might need to interchange the HDMI port if it isn't fixible.
